ANNUAL ECONOMIC SUMMIT
Join us for 'What's Happening Up North'
Our annual economic summit is an all-day event that features three dynamic keynote speakers with Q&A, panel discussion sessions, audience participation and ideation. This year's theme is Rural and Thriving, as we examine the economic pillars to build sustainable, thriving rural communities. Registration is $79 and includes on-site food and beverage, plus a hosted happy hour to cap off the day ... and provide ample networking opportunities. Limited to 90 participants. Meet our executive director
Brent Baker
In 2022, BCEDC and the City of Sandpoint collaborated to revise the organization’s bylaws, draft a new Strategic Plan, and restate its foundational Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Core Values. In the process, the organization rebranded its operations as the Pend Oreille Economic Partnership, and in December of 2022, hired Brent Baker as the Executive Director and tasked him to guide the fulfillment of that Purpose and Mission.
